Abstrak

The Balai Raja Urban Village Office, located in Balai Raja Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, plays an important role as a center for public services to support residents’ welfare. With a population of around 4,119 people, many residents visit the office to submit complaints, aspirations, and inquiries, as well as to seek information. However, the manual record-keeping system and inefficient information media have led to disorganization and a buildup of documents. As a solution, a web-based Public Complaint Application was developed for Balai Raja Village in Pinggir District. This application enables the village government staff to manage these reports without requiring residents to visit the office in person. This study uses the RAD method with PHP and MySQL. It is expected that the application will improve the efficiency of public services and ensure that information is delivered evenly, comprehensively, and on time to the residents of Balai Raja Village.
